Birch is one of our lesser-requested woods for floors, but we wanted to show you these spectacular photos from a customer of ours who is quite happy he chose it. The floor is pre-finished with a Gingerbread stain and is done in our premium Birch, with widths from 4 to 8 inches.

Homeowners in Pennsylvania who recently installed their Carlisle Antique Heart Pine floor themselves were kind enough to send us these “before” and “after” shots of their project. This kitchen remodeling project included 300 square feet of our floors, in a country grade and 5- to 10-inch widths. They finished it with our Gingerbread stain and completed the look with transparent Tung oil. The customers have also installed Eastern White Pine in another room in their house. Photos of that project to come!

Some customers who re-did rooms in their Kennebunkport, Maine home recently sent us these photos of the finished product. The Carlisle floors are Eastern White Pine boards that were hand-scraped in 13- to 20-inch widths. They are finished in Concord Honey and Tung Oil. The floors were installed a year ago and they tell Crystal, our sales and design consultant, that when they have visitors to their home, everyone wants to measure the boards because they are so wide. These folks may be doing a another floor with us real soon.
