What is a Carlisle Client Partner?

After the Specialists have helped our customers design and order their floors, who is going to help you make sure the floor is delivered on time, coordinate delivery with your builder, and make sure everything shows up that you ordered?

Client Partners handle the coordination and logistics of the wood flooring that we ship all over the world.  From the smallest kitchen remodel in Massachusetts to the luxury boutique hotel in China, Client Partners take the worry and the work out of your wood flooring order.

Carlisle Preferred Installers to the Rescue ~ Maryland

We recently told you about a customer in Newfoundland, Canada that experienced the frustration of an inferior installation and the help provided by a Carlisle Preferred Installer.  While we never wish this on any customer when we hear from customers with these stories we offer to help to however we can and when the Love Family in Maryland contacted Wide Plank Specialist Adam Whitney, of our Washington, DC showroom for help he knew right where to turn ~ Bob Humphries at Majestic Wood Floors helped the Love's repair and complete the Wide Plank Eastern White Pine Floors they so desired for their home.

Customer “wowed” by her new floor

Karen and Bill from Massachusetts sent an email to their Wide Plank Specialist, Lynne Rafuse, recently to follow up on the recent delivery of their new 6-10" Wide Hickory flooring for their home. 

EMAIL EXCERPT FROM CUSTOMER ~ 

HI Lynne,
We received our flooring, and there is no other word for it but, "WOW", I feel part of New Hampshire has come to Massachusetts, and I could not be happier, thank you so much!  I feel like the flooring is a work of art in itself, I don't think I even want furniture!   I think the floors are enough, but we do have to sit somewhere.

We could not fit it all in our house so we had to have some of it put in the garage, I hope that will not effect it, we have it covered and are monitoring the humiditiy, which has been very low!  I am so excited I cannot wait to see it put down and finished.

There are no words left to say other than thank you Carlisle and thank you Lynne and everyone who helped us and delivered it to us!  Will be in touch with questions when we go to install I am sure!

Customer Gets Exactly What He Saw Online

It is not very often you get exactly what you are expecting with a product but we heard from a happy customer who had just such an experience when he worked with Wide Plank Specialist, Lynne Rafuse, to order All 10" Wide Red Oak planks for his home. To save him time we hand-finished the floors prior to shipping.
