I recently had the pleasure of working with the design team at Dannon Yogurt for their first ever restaurant at 125 Park Avenue, New York City which opened in July 2012.
The interior selections made for this restaurant were so important to help create the look and ambiance that the company wanted as soon as someone walked in the door.
1) FLOORS
Wide Plank White Oak hardwood floors, crafted from Carlisle Original Grade flooring to reveal knots and character and milled with Carlisle Watermill surface for a more rustic look.The floor was finished with Rubio Monocoat oil to give the floor a very natural, unfinished look. it is also easy to maintain in a commercial space.

Rustic Original Surface Reclaimed wood barn siding graded for the weathered gray tones
3) DETAILS
Reclaimed Long Leaf Heart Pine for the Tray Counters – crafted from material nearly 2″ thick and finished by Carlisle to save time on site
4) BEAMS
Reclaimed Hardwood beams with the original hand-hewing marks from when the beams were first cut.
