“A Carlisle Floor is Well Worth the Wait”

Stoddard Design Center

After waiting for years to put her daughters through college, and working with a skeptical builder who had never used Carlisle floors before Lyn S of Waltham, MA saw her kitchen remodel project come to life with the floors she had always dreamed of – Carlisle Heart Pine flooring.

She took the first step in getting her new floors with a personal visit to the Carlisle showroom in Stoddard, New Hampshire and worked with Wide Plank Specialist Lynne Rafuse to select the right floor, outline a budget, and review installation with her builder so everything went smoothly!

Dear Carlisle Floors,

I absolutely love my heart pine floor .  I live in a city environment but have always wanted the look of a country home.  A few years ago I did over a very old kitchen (after putting 3 daughters through college)!  My contractor had never installed a Carlisle Floor and was very impressed with the quality of the floor.  Each board looked like a piece of fine furniture.  He had no waste. I also ordered the wainscoting for my new half bath and had him install it horizontally.  The floor is also in the new bathroom.

People come into the house and the first thing they ask me about in the kitchen is about the floor.  “What is this?” is the most common question.  I go into much larger and fancier kitchens all the time.  I always think in my head that I have the best floor out of all of them.  I waited a long time to get a new kitchen and it was worth the wait.  Even though I had a tight budget, I told my husband that no matter what, I am getting a Carlisle Floor.

We enjoyed coming to New Hampshire to see the wood floors, like the pine flooring we purchased and others like oak flooring, and was very impressed with all the aspects of your operation.

Thank you for such a wonderful experience.
