We are very honored to be part of a Habitat for Humanity project this spring and summer in Troy, New Hampshire, not far from Carlisle’s home base in Stoddard. Habitat for Humanity International brings together volunteers at locations around the world to build houses in partnership with families in need.

The new home that’s under way in Troy, sponsored by the Monadnock Chapter of Habitat for Humanity, will house a family with two young boys. Carlisle is donating flooring and installation for the house. We selected Carlisle Prefinished White Oak, which will be a perfect floor for the family to live and play on.

We expect to be installing the floors in mid to late August. Folks who would like to help out by donating money or time may do so through the Monadnock Habitat for Humanity website.

Here are photos of the house in progress. We’ll post more as the work continues!
