We love to meet with customers at one of our several showrooms across the United States, but we’re just as happy to talk by phone with folks who don’t live within driving distance of a Carlisle Design Center. So whether you just want information or you’re ready to buy a floor, give us a call.
Our aim is to make purchasing a floor easy and rewarding for you. We start by listening to your ideas, and then sharing our knowledge. We love to offer suggestions, but we’ll never pressure you into making a decision.
You can start by visiting our website, which is designed to give you a complete introduction to our company and the floors we sell, including the types of wood we offer and how to compare styles, grades, and custom options. Feel free to fill our online shopping basket with your favorite choices for further consideration and discussion. We’ll be happy to create samples so you can get a sense of the wood, stain colors, and finishing options that you’re considering.
We love to talk floors and we want to create exactly the look you want. Your sales rep will:
* Help you decide on the wood type and finish, based on your input and budget.
* Help you determine your square footage.
* Work with you directly or coordinate the efforts of you and your architect, builder or designer.
* Guide you or your installer through the installation and finishing process with both written instruction and phone assistance.
* Coordinate the delivery and installation with you or your builder/renovator.
* Set up the delivery directly to the job site.
