True Hardwood Story: Walnut Surprise!

Hannah Greeley of our Georgetown, DC design center sent me this note and photos!!

So, I had a customer that wanted me to meet him at a new house because he LOVED the walnut floors they had and he wanted to match them…  so I took a drive out and as soon as I walked in the door, I KNEW they were our floors, absolutely gorgeous!!  Turns out after some digging, these ARE our floors and even sweetened the deal to my customer after knowing that!

Thanks to the mill for these gorgeous floors and to Glen for selling these particular floors that the customer can’t stop raving about, we got the sale!

I wanted to share the pictures I shot with everyone (sorry, not the best lighting) but I can’t stop staring at these pictures, absolute beauty!

Wide Plank Eastern White Pine in Maryland!

After all of the work Shanon’s client Dale Gertz’s does building homes in Maryland and ordering custom Carlisle floors for his clients, he thought Carlisle floors would be well suited for his home! He purchased our 8-15” Eastern White Pine wide plank floors, which can be found throughout his home. In addition, he used our beams in the ceilings.

Clients Write about Carlisle on their Blog!

It’s always nice to have clients come and visit our New Hampshire design center. Not only is it our home base, but it’s where we hand craft all of our wide plank floors! Gary and Heidi Ryder came down from Canada for a friendly visit and to pick up their floors!

Here’s a few words from their blog:

“You can do a lot in 48 hours!! We drove to the US and picked up our wide-plank pine floors at Carlisle in Stoddard, New Hampshire. (We also went to Boston and saw a Sox game and met up with friends in Freeport!)

I can’t even explain how amazing the customer service and operation is at Carlisle….Mark Nichols, who sold us our floors, has been fantastic since we first became interested in the product, calling us, sending samples, e-mailing and answering all our questions.”

Love the flooring! Installed and sealed successfully with advice and guidance from Rick. Thank you!

Kevin and Carole installed their own floors! They purchased two floors: wide plank Eastern White Pine with our signature Plymouth Pumpkin Stain and our wide plank Birch.
