Ordering a Floor
When you’re ready to order, it’s as simple as a phone call. We take deadlines seriously, and total customer satisfaction is what our reputation has been built on. From the shopping process to ordering to tracking your shipment to delivery and installation, your personal Carlisle Design Consultant will make sure that things go smoothly and that you receive exactly the floor you want.
Shipping
Your floor will typically be delivered via common carrier, such as Yellow Freight or CCX. These trucks are about 36 feet long, so please keep in mind that the truck will need to access your home or job site, park, and be able to turn around.

Concrete and radiant heat installations pose special challenges for wood flooring — challenges that Carlisle has long since overcome.
Do-It-Yourself Installation
Anyone with basic do-it-yourself skills can install a Carlisle floor.
