Brown Maple Floors
Brown Maple is cut from the same mature timbers as our White Maple floors, but with an interesting variation of color quite different from the consistent white tones of regular maple hardwood flooring.
This coloration is found when boards are sawn from maple trees that have been used for sap collection, to make maple syrup. This process changes the naturally white interior of the Maple tree so the boards have varying hues of gold, amber and brown. These color variations combine with the smooth grain pattern to create a stunning hardwood floor.
