Reclaimed Oak, also known as Antique Oak, is prized for its strong, prominent grain and rich array of colors ranging from blonde to nutty brown tones. It has also has a unique variety of character including worm holes, checks, cracks, knots and nail holes created in its previous life. This combination creates a stunning floor with a distinguished Old World look. Carlisle Reclaimed Oak wood floors are crafted from salvaged material from old buildings along the Ohio River Valley and western Pennsylvania where the best Oak grows. Our Reclaimed Oak is 100% FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified.
