I have been with Carlisle for more than two years now. My favorite floors are Birch and Antique Milled Barnwood. My favorite hobbies involve my family, the Red Sox, the Patriots, hunting and fishing. My most unique project that we crafted was a Herringbone Teak Floor with all 6" wide material.

For example, we crafted an Antique Ash with Driftwood Grey stain on it for a LEED™ home. I enjoy decorating a room, taking pictures and listening to live music! I began working with Carlisle’s flooring more than 10 years ago. In the last two years, I have made the transition from installing floors to design and sales. My favorite floors are Eastern White Pine, Birch and all of the antique reclaimed species. I think all projects are unique, but one project I love is a Cherry floor in a log cabin in Iowa, overlooking a dramatic panorama of the Mississippi River. Classic beauty.

I really enjoy working with any customer who appreciates what we do and truly gets the value in our floors. I Love spending time hanging out with my two boys as well as skiing and playing golf. Hi have worked out of our Denver office for almost five years now. I work with a wonderful group of people here, and we all have a lot of fun talking about which floor would be our favorite. This is much like choosing a favorite child, and these days our Southern Longleaf Heart Pine is my leading contender. When I’m not helping my customers navigate through the flooring process, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our baby girl and our overgrown yellow Lab.

Every project is as different as all the people we have the pleasure of talking to daily; that keeps it fun and interesting. I once helped a person design his farmhouse (8"-20" wide Eastern White Pine,) he had a horse door cut out of a wall so his pet horse could move between his stall in the attached barn or hang out in the house too.

I’ve had the pleasure of working in sales for Carlisle for a relatively short period of time, and I love it! It’s wonderful to come to work and feel a sense of community and a shared passion for all that goes into handcrafting our truly custom, uniquely beautiful wide plank floors. I would have to say that my favorite memory so far is getting the opportunity to see just how beautiful a New England winter can be. I am Regional Manager for Southern California, based at the showroom in West Hollywood. Born and raised in historic Concord, Massachusetts, I attended Ohio-Wesleyan University and was an All-American lacrosse goaltender. Before joining Carlisle in 2006, I ran an organic fertilizer company in New Hampshire.

Hard to believe that seven years have gone by since I first began this adventure with Carlisle back in New Hampshire. Since that moment, I have worked in three of our different design centers, from our Mill in New England to the mile high city of Denver to now our design center in West Hollywood, and have been privileged to have worked on thousands of projects nationwide. To this day, I still get a kick out of helping our clients realize their vision… helping them design and craft a beautiful floor that they can create their own lasting memories on. When I am not here at the showroom, I love exploring this majestic planet of our ours, reconnecting my spirit with nature by engaging in outdoor activities with my best friend, my wife, and as well the two of us creating culinary concoctions in the kitchen.
