I have been with Carlisle for nearly 10 years now. I love working with folks on their houses, watching the project evolve into thier dream home. I always get great satisfaction getting photos from families that have remodeled a living room or den, with the kids and pets in the pictures. The appreciation of these clients is what keeps me excited day after day.

A true Midwesterner with deep roots in Ohio and Indiana, I am still a huge fan of the Buckeyes. I love to grill, with both charcoal and gas. I spend a fair amount of time sitting on the screen porch with my wife and a glass of wine.

Gary Ryer
11 years and running, I love working with a wide variety of customers from homeowners, architects and builders – many of whom I consider as friends. Helping them choose the floor that achieves the look and feel they desire for their homes while meeting their budget is the most satisfying part of the job. Outside of work I enjoy my family, gardening, cooking (and eating), art, music, home improvement, church and community work and sitting on my porch with a martini.

We often talk outside of work and our friendship extends to sending each other family Christmas cards.

It's great to work with each and every customer to help build his or her dream floor! Every project is custom and unique. For example, we crafted an Antique Ash with Driftwood Grey stain on it for a LEED™ home. I enjoy decorating a room, taking pictures and listening to live music! My favorite sports team… Virginia Tech Hokies.

Eric Boos
I began working with Carlisle’s flooring more than 10 years ago. In the last two years, I have made the transition from installing floors to design and sales. My favorite floors are Eastern White Pine, Birch and all of the antique reclaimed species. I think all projects are unique, but one project I love is a Cherry floor in a log cabin in Iowa, overlooking a dramatic panorama of the Mississippi River. Classic beauty.

I really enjoy working with any customer who appreciates what we do and truly gets the value in our floors. I Love spending time hanging out with my two boys as well as skiing and playing golf. It is great working for a company and selling a product I sincerely believe in. I sleep well at night because of that.

Hi have worked out of our Denver office for almost five years now. I work with a wonderful group of people here, and we all have a lot of fun talking about which floor would be our favorite. This is much like choosing a favorite child, and these days our Southern Longleaf Heart Pine is my leading contender. When I’m not helping my customers navigate through the flooring process, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our baby girl and our overgrown yellow Lab.

Every project is as different as all the people we have the pleasure of talking to daily; that keeps it fun and interesting. I once helped a person design his farmhouse (8"-20" wide Eastern White Pine,) he had a horse door cut out of a wall so his pet horse could move between his stall in the attached barn or hang out in the house too.

Dan O’Neill
I am Regional Manager for Southern California, based at the showroom in West Hollywood. Born and raised in historic Concord, Massachusetts, I attended Ohio-Wesleyan University and was an All-American lacrosse goaltender. Before joining Carlisle in 2006, I ran an organic fertilizer company in New Hampshire.
