Type of Truck
Your custom crafted wide plank wood floor will typically be delivered via Common Carrier, such as Yellow Freight or CCX. These trucks are about 36' long, so please keep in mind that the truck will need to access your home or jobsite, park and be able to turn around.
If you think there might be difficulty with this then please let us know and we'll be happy to make other trucking arrangements to deliver your floor.

In the case of a particularly large flooring order, 4,000-5,000 square feet or more, we will deliver using a flatbed. These trucks are 65' long, so again, we will want to discuss the accessibility of your location to accommodate this type of delivery vehicle.

We Deliver Anywhere
We have proudly sent our custom wide plank wood floors all over the world for 40 years. If your project is located outside of the contiguous 48 states, then we will make all of the arrangements for your shipment to arrive to you via a combination of common carrier and then containers transported by boat or ferry.

Scheduling Your Delivery
In order to make sure you are prepared for your delivery, we will help coordinate the delivery date with either you or your builder. You or your builder will receive a phone call from us about a week in advance of your scheduled ship date so that you know when your floor is leaving our building. Then, about a day or so in advance of the actual delivery date, the trucking company will call you to confirm the date and approximate time frame.

Complete Details
At the time your order is placed, we will send you a very detailed instruction sheet outlining everything you need in order to insure a smooth delivery. We will also send this information to your builder and installer, or anyone else involved in your project.

Installation help available 7 days a week
Someone from our offices are available seven days a week for assistance during the delivery process, and also during your wood floor installation. We want you to be excited about receiving such a special part of your home, and we are committed to making it easy and enjoyable for you!
