4 Reasons You Need Wide Planks for Your Pets
We’re thrilled to announce the return of Pets on Planks!
Last year we rallied alongside Rebound Hounds, which serves the greater New York City area in its efforts to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home shelter dogs. This year we’re leaving the lucky recipient up to you: the Grand Prize Winner with the most votes will be able to select the animal shelter to receive the donations we raise.
For every submission that we get, Carlisle will pledge $5.00 towards the grand prize donation. And it gets better! The submission photo with the most likes will also get a luxury goodie basket full of tasty treats and other pet-friendly prizes.
So, how can you submit your precious pet’s photo? Simply share your post on Facebook or Instagram and tag @carlislewideplankfloors with the hashtag #PetsonPlanks, or contact us directly at email@example.com to share your photo.
And what better way to share our excitement for this year’s campaign than to affirm why our pets love life on Carlisle wide plank floors?
4 Reasons Our Pets Love Carlisle Planks
1 – Durability
After all, wide plank wood flooring was installed in the first homes of 17th Century America, and has survived for generations in some of the most beautiful and historic residences.
2 – Health
Wood floors minimize the accumulation of dust, mold and animal dander to improve overall indoor air quality.
So much so, in fact, that the EPA considers wood floors to be hypoallergenic.
3 – Ease of Maintenance
It’s easy to sweep up or vacuum pet hair and mop away to restore that beautiful glow. Did your pooch’s paw leave a scratch? Contact us for a complimentary touch-up kit today! Have a larger area that needs repair? Inquire about the Dustless Recoat Kit, which will recoat up to 400 square feet of flooring with no sanding required!
4 – Comfort
They’re the perfect lounge spot – they’re cool in the summer and, with the help of radiant heat, stay warm in the winter. Our pets love relaxing and recovering from a hard day’s play on our wide plank floors.
