My name is Kelly Doody. My partner, Brad Christie and I own and operate D C Twin Company, a custom wood flooring company in West Palm Beach, Florida. We have about twenty years’ experience in wood flooring and finish carpentry, and have proudly been a Carlisle Referred Installer since 2003.
Much like Carlisle, we work with homeowners, designers, builders, and architects to make their design vision a reality by creating the right floor that fits everyday life. The closest showroom that Carlisle Wide Plank Floors has is in New York City, and there aren’t many companies in South Florida who have the knowledge and experience providing wide plank floors. - Is familiar with all aspects of wood floor design including species, colors, textures, and finish options.

We work with all types of wood floors from various manufacturers and also re-finish existing. That enables us to provide an objective opinion of what makes each type of wood floor unique, and which is right for your unique needs. Not all wood floors are created equal and we can help you understand the importance of proper drying, milling, overall quality, widths and lengths of the planks. We can also discuss board selection and placement in your home, installation and finishing options.
