We put the “custom” in customer service

One of our jobs here at Carlisle is to make our customers happy. We want to help you find the right flooring for your house, your family, your budget, and your lifestyle. If you already know exactly what you want, we’ll make sure you get it. If you’re not sure which type of wood and which finish will be the best match for you, we’ll help you sort it out – in person at one of our Design Centers, over the phone with one of our design consultants, and via our website, which is designed to guide you through the woods we offer and show you how to compare colors, styles, grades, and custom options. (Most of our customers create their floors through ongoing telephone conversations with one of our sales and design consultants. Give us a call at 1-800-595-9663.)

We’re happy to provide woods in custom lengths and widths. We just got a nice comment card, for instance, from a Florida customer who wanted 1,042 square feet of country grade Heart Pine in face widths of 7 and 9 inches and lengths averaging 11 feet, along with 157 square feet of country grade Walnut in 7 inch face widths with lengths ranging from 3 to 12 feet and averaging 8 feet.

“Customer service was great!” he wrote, referencing Carlisle sales and design consultant Lynne Rafuse. “Delivery great and as promised. Wood looks good.” (The inset photos show Heart Pine, top, and Walnut, below.)
