Custom Engineered White Oak in Beachfront Miami Condo

To optimize the natural beauty of this custom White Oak flooring, our Wide Plank Specialist worked with these clients to specify that 75% of the board lengths be 8’ or longer ensuring longer lengths and fewer seams in their floor. Longer and wider planks allowed the natural beauty of the wood to shine through and didn’t distract the eye with an abundance of busy seams. The clients opted for their flooring to be crafted in an engineered structure as it was more appropriate for the higher levels of humidity experienced at this location.  All of these custom choices, including a custom stain, came together to create a floor as outstanding as their beachfront Miami view.
